At WellMall (operated by Stellar Line LLC), we want your order to arrive quickly and with full transparency. Please review our shipping terms below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military (APO/FPO), or restricted addresses.

Shipping Fees

All product prices include tax (taxes are borne by WellMall). Free shipping on orders over $36.99 USD (after discounts, tax included). A flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD applies to orders under $36.99 (tax included).

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing and shipping occur on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the product line:

  • Vacuum compression bag line โ€” ships from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery in 3โ€“5 business days.
  • Other products (sleep masks, neck pillows, shoe bags, organizers, etc.) โ€” ship from our overseas warehouse directly to your US address. Estimated delivery in 5โ€“10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. Every order ships with tracking, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched.

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime from the "Track Order" page on our site.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For US orders, product prices already include applicable tax, and there are no additional customs fees or import duties payable by you.

Delays

While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help resolve it.
