90-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with original packaging where applicable. Certain items for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened sleep masks) may be non-returnable unless defective.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@wellmallpro.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide the correct return address and instructions for your location. Please do not ship items back before receiving return instructions.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us a photo within the return window and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund โ no return shipping cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3โ7 business days (the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer).
Return Shipping Costs
For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, WellMall covers all return costs.
EU & UK Customers โ 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Contact support@wellmallpro.com to exercise this right.
